No, you don’t need an account to place an order. Once at the checkout, choose to proceed as a guest. Please make sure you fill out a shipping address and contact details.

If you don't have an account or are unable to change the personal data in the Your Account section, please fill out the webform here and select 'My Account and Registration' and then Change to my account as a topic.*

You can cancel your membership by deactivating your member account in the Member Hub, under the header 'Details'. 

If you're unable to cancel your membership, you can contact us here, and we will help you with this request. When filling in the customer service contact form, you can select the topic 'My account & Registration', and then select Unsubscribe from Membership Program.

Please note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to the benefits and rewards available in your account at the time of deletion. If you were eligible to receive a gift but delete your account without claiming it, you will lose the right to claim your gift at a later time.

2. You can go to your Member Hub and head to the 'Preferences' section. Here you can change your preferences for the newsletter, and unsubcribe by pressing the 'Unsubscribe' button.

3. If you're unable to unsubscribe from our newsletter, contact us here, and we will help you with this request. When filling in the customer service contact us form, you can select the topic My account & Registration, and then select Unsubscribe from the newsletter.

*Please also be mindful that when you unsubscribe from our newsletter and other promotional messages, when you place an order, you will still receive essential communications related to your order, such as order confirmations and delivery updates.
