We accept apparel, footwear and bags
From denim to dresses, sneakers to sandals, rucksacks to totes, and everything in between. Not welcome? Underwear and sleepwear without original tags. See FAQ for all exclusions.
Pieces that are clean and in good condition
We won’t accept items with signs of heavy wear, stains, holes, discoloration or shrinkage. A good rule of thumb? If you’d gift it, you can trade it in.
Most brands are accepted
We accept items from almost any brand, except for fast fashion. Visit Remix to see which brands qualify.
What’s your closet worth?
Your reward is a percentage of your item’s estimated resale price. Remix determines the value based on brand, type and condition – and that is not all, we will add 10% on top.

Which brands are eligible for a Tommy Hilfiger Gift Card?
Mid-priced, premium, and designer brands are eligible for a gift card. Check out www.remixshop.com/de to get a sense of the brands.
Why aren't value brands eligible for a Tommy Hilfiger Gift Card?
Some low-priced items are ineligible for a Gift Card because their processing costs are higher than their resale value. Don’t worry if you send us something that isn’t eligible, it can be responsibly recycled.
How can I maximize the value of my Tommy Hilfiger Gift Card?
• Ensure items are in excellent condition. All items should be clean and freshly laundered.
• Avoid sending items from the banned categories list:
o Close-to-body apparel without original tags (e.g., sleepwear, underwear, swimwear, socks, bodysuits)
o Jewelry, formal gowns, or non-apparel items
o Counterfeit items
o Kids’ shoes (up to size 34) or baby clothes (up to 12 months)
o Cosmetic bags & cases, or faux leather wallets without a brand label

Simply follow the steps under “Start Trade In”. You can print a free shipping label and attach it to your own packaging.

Get updated on the status of your shipment
You will receive an email once Remix receives your bag in their processing facility and another one once they have reviewed your items. The customer care team is always available at de@remixshop.com to answer any questions you might have related to the Tommy Trade In service.
Your Gift Card will be issued within 3-5 weeks
If your items are eligible, typically your gift card will be issued via email within 3–5 weeks. This time will allow for shipment, evaluation of your items, and processing of the gift card. Remix will keep you updated via email throughout the process.
Where can I redeem my Tommy Hilfiger Gift Card?
At this time your Tommy Hilfiger Gift Card can be redeemed online on de.tommy.com and in all German Stores. Find a store near you the Store Locator.
Can I get a refund for my Tommy Hilfiger Gift Card?
Tommy Hilfiger Gift Cards are non-refundable nor redeemable for real money. These Gift Cards can only be used in Germany and can be redeemed online and in stores. For all terms and conditions that apply to the Gift Cards click here.
You’ll have 48 hours after receiving your gift card proposal to reclaim your unaccepted items. Note that you’ll need to cover the return shipment costs.
