When you join our membership program, you'll unlock a world of exclusive benefits and rewards. From early access to collections and personalized product recommendations, to invites to exclusive, member-only events, the reasons to join are endless. Our program is designed to increasingly reward our most loyal members for staying with us. As you progress in the program by earning points and hitting milestones, new and exclusive rewards get unlocked.
The membership program is 100% free to join and its associated member benefits and rewards are free to use. Some rewards can be tied to specific purchase thresholds, please see our Tommy Together Terms & Conditions for more details.
The membership program comes with a points-based system that rewards members for their loyalty as they continue to earn points by shopping with us & by completing specific actions within their membership account. Next to the member-only benefits that you already can access when signing up, you will gradually unlock a select number of exclusive events, gifts & advantages reserved only for our most loyal members.
It’s quick and easy to join. Click “SIGN UP NOW” to be redirected to the sign-up page, enter your email address, and set a password. If you sign up for our newsletters, you’ll receive a 10% discount on your next purchase, as well as stay informed about the latest members-only promotions.
Members can earn points by making a purchase online and in our full price or outlet stores (excluding our franchise stores) or by completing their profile information within the Member Hub. Every euro spent earns you 1 point and gets you closer to reaching the next milestone and unlocking new rewards. Be sure to log in to your account every time you make an online purchase and show your Member ID when shopping at participating stores to make the most of your membership benefits.

The validity of the points earned through purchases follows the start and end dates of your membership year. Your membership year is the 12 months following the date when you signed up to become a member for the first time – you can check this information in your Member Hub. After every 12 months the points you earned through purchases will expire.
The points earned for completing your profile in the Member Hub, such as providing your telephone number, remain valid as long as the filled-in information remains available on your profile. You can continue to use these points to help you reach the next milestone year-over-year.
You can check your upcoming milestone by logging in to your Member Hub. If you have subscribed to marketing emails, you will also receive a notification once a new milestone is unlocked to inform you about all the new rewards available to you.

If you're already a member, simply log in to your Member Hub. Select ‘Preferences’ from the header and adjust your email preferences to ensure you don’t miss a thing. Log in to your account via Tommy.com for a full overview of your rewards and purchase history. Make sure to check back after every purchase, because new benefits will unlock as you continue to shop with us and earn points. Stay in the know by subscribing to marketing emails to receive a notification every time a new benefit or reward is unlocked.
When shopping in participating stores, be sure to show your Member ID at the checkout. You’ll find this at the bottom of every Tommy Hilfiger email. Alternatively, you can download your Member Pass to your phone’s digital wallet. If you shop online, you will be able to redeem your rewards & benefits if you're logged in before you make your purchase.
The validity of the benefits and rewards you have earned will be specified once these have been unlocked. Depending on the type of reward that you unlock, they will have varying validity dates. For example, while discount codes typically expire within 15 days, you will get to enjoy some rewards like free shipping for a more extended period,
once the conditions to unlock this reward have been met. You can check the expiry date of your benefits and rewards by logging in to your Member Hub
When you return a product, the points you earned with this purchase will be deducted from your points balance. Multiplier points that were earned by reaching a minimum purchase amount will also be deducted, if the condition(s) to earn them are no longer met after the return. If you choose to exchange products, the value of the new product will be reflected on your points balance instead of the old one.
If you unlocked any unused specific rewards or benefits or reached a new milestone due to the points earned through a purchase, these will be reset or removed if the condition(s) to earn these are no longer met after the return.
If you remove the information from your profile in your Member Hub that helped you earn additional points, such as your telephone number, these points will be deducted from your balance.
If you unlocked any unused specific rewards or benefits or reached a new milestone due to the points earned through adding information to your profile, these will be reset or removed if the condition(s) to earn these are no longer met after the information is removed.
If you choose to add your additional profile information again, the points will be added to your balance again.
Yes, as a Tommy Together member eligible to collect points, you can earn points for making purchases in-store in other European countries in which the Tommy Together program is active.
Any specific terms and conditions applicable to the benefits or rewards you have unlocked, including where these can be used, will be provided to you once the benefit or reward is awarded to you.

Points earned are not transferable and can only be used by the member to whom the membership account belongs.
You can cancel your membership by deleting your member account. Please note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to the benefits and rewards available in your account at the time of deletion. If you were eligible to receive a gift but delete your account without claiming it, you will lose the right to claim your gift at a later time.
