Payments by invoice with Ratepay is a payment method that allows you to buy now and pay later. This means you only pay for the article(s) you decide to keep. You can use this payment method whether you're a guest or a registered customer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an invoice from Ratepay with the payment instructions. You must settle this invoice within 21 days. You will automatically receive a payment reminder if the payment is not paid on time. If you return part of your order, you only have to transfer the payment due for the article(s) you decided to keep. You can find our bank details on your invoice and in our payment reminders. If you have already paid for the article(s) that you are keeping or have already returned the entire order, you can ignore our automatic payment reminders.

If we have not received your payment by the specified due date despite the payment reminders, we will be obliged to collect the outstanding sum via a debt-collecting agency. This may lead to significant additional costs. To speed up confirmation that we have received your funds, we kindly ask you to send us proof of payment. For example, this could be a scanned copy or a screenshot of your bank transfer. If you select Ratepay as your payment method, you will have to accept the terms of payment. These terms supplement the terms and conditions between you and Tommy Hilfiger and take precedence over any conditions that deviate from these. Tommy Hilfiger therefore recommends you read the General Terms and Conditions before you proceed with your online purchase.

We do not issue any VAT invoices for any purchases made. Additionally, please note that all online purchases are not eligible for a VAT refund.

When you select PayPal at the checkout, we’ll lead you straight to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in and confirm the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can set one up and easily proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be logged onto the registered PayPal account. To make sure everything will be delivered at the right address, please check if all the information in your PayPal account is correct.

Ratepay will capture your personal data – such as your contact and order details – to process the payment transaction. Tommy Hilfiger will forward this information to Ratepay. In addition, Ratepay will process information about your credit rating that Ratepay receives directly from credit bureaus and other cooperation partners. Ratepay uses this data to establish whether you will be able to meet your payment obligations and to protect you from fraudsters who may try to misuse your data for unlawful activities. Klarna is a payment service provider that allows you to buy products now and pay after you have received them, free of interest. Please be aware that Klarna's services are a form of credit, so you have to be 18 + years old to use Klarna as a payment method. Note that fees may apply to late payments. Pay Later with Klarna With Klarna's Pay Later service, you can easily buy items on our website and pay for them after you have received your order; this means you only pay for the items that you have decided to keep. Simply place your order and choose Pay Later with Klarna as a payment method. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email from Klarna with all the payment details. You have 30 days to pay for the items from the date the order was shipped to you.

Pay Over Time with Klarna Split your purchases into three (3) interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule, but you can make early payments anytime you wish. Simply place your order and choose Klarna Pay Over Time as a payment method. You'll pay the first part of the payment upon finalising your order placement. After you have received your order, you can pay the remaining amount in two separate installments.
